Shipment and Delivery
1. The Goods shall be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer in the order process.
2. In case the shipping company returns the Goods to the Retailer due to impossible delivery, the Customer shall incur the costs of the failed shipment and return shipment.
3. If the Customer acts in his business capacity, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the Goods is transferred to the Customer as soon as the Retailer hands over the goods to the shipping company. If the Customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the Goods is as a rule transferred to the Customer only when the goods are handed over to the Customer or his authorized substitute recipient.
4. The Retailer commissions shipping companies to transport the Goods to the Customer. The Retailer assumes no responsibility for the duration of transport.
5. The goods must be thoroughly inspected by the customer or an authorized individual upon receipt in order to detect any transportation damage. Customers who are merchants must ensure that any transportation and packaging damage detected is confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and reported. We also ask, without legal obligation, that customers who are consumers notify us of any clearly identifiable transportation damage.
6. Products is stock are shipped within 5 business days. On pre-orders the estimated delivery stated at the product page. You receive a e-mail with a tracking number when your pre-order is shipped.
